Home Office Reimbursement
This reimbursment is outside the computer and monitor you receive to do your job. For these more personal items, every team member has an annual budget. They may allocate this budget towards any purchase relevant to their productivity in their work environment.
Flexible & Unlimited PTO
We believe in working hard and playing hard. This is why Spec has an uncapped PTO allowance for all employees. In general, it is appreciated to give as much advance notice as possible, though we understand that sometimes things happen and we need to take some time away from work.
Fully Remote Company Culture
At Spec, our company culture is entirely remote. While our headquarters is based in San Jose, California. Our teams are spread throughout the entire United States. This means that some start earlier than others and some work later. We measure the quality of work more than a specific time frame.
