We built our Trust Cloud with the highest availability and resilience standards in mind. We typically sit behind your CDN, or the primary origin for the traffic. In the event of a major catastrophe, our DNS provider would instantly reroute the traffic to your data center. Your end user wouldn’t notice a thing (but it’s likely you or your end user are impacted by the same severe outage).

The performance impact of our platform is as close to zero as it can get. Spec’s Trust Cloud is a single-tenant deployment that can be deployed in any cloud environment and region to minimize additional latency on the wire. Our core processing time is <1ms, and we have seen no more than 20ms of network latency in any customer deployment.

Seeing all of our customer’s web traffic is a big responsibility, and we honor that. We are SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and in the process of achieving PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. We give you full control over what data gets sent to our platform and only store what you tell us to. 

Each customer’s deployment is single-tenant, which means no data or hardware/architecture is shared between customers.

Our platform is designed for hyper-scale and automatically adjusts to meet the daily traffic demands of our customers. We’ve absorbed massive DDoS attacks without performance deterioration because our proxies can scale horizontally indefinitely. We have processed 1000 transactions per second while maintaining <1ms processing times.
